ID Post

I am excited to be learning about economics in school because I want to go to college for that and business. Before this class I thought that economics was a math course, which I was really worried about because I am not that good at math. I feel like I am better at math as a class but not when I take a test, if that makes any sense. Anyway, so far economics has been fun we created mini bakery businesses. Now we are just taking notes, but that's cool.

In statistics I have always had the second or third highest grade. That class is really easy, but I wouldn't say that its a lot of math. I want to someday be number one in that class but Shaleena keeps taking that spot. So hopefully I will make it there before I graduate.

In English we are learning about Shakespeare, I've read two of his plays in school and they were good. So I'm looking forward to learning more about him and his literature.

10 Ways Anyone Can Graduate From college Debt Free

In my college readiness class my teacher Mr. Washington gave us a book called 10 Ways Anyone Can Graduate From college Debt Free. This book is a great idea and I do not know why it is not a best seller. Everyone should want to know how to graduate from college debt free. A lot of the adults that I know still have debt to pay back from college and they are know in their forties and fifties. This book should have been around for them.

The first strategy for being debt free is college excel in high school. This strategy leads me to believe that college readiness classes should start in the ninth grade. The ninth grade is one of the most important years of a persons life because it lays the foundation for your GPA early and for you behavior in high school. Many students usually do bad in the ninth grade because they do not fully realize that after high school is college. Like they know that one day they will go to high school but they are not fully aware that everything they do in ninth grade will affect where you go to college. I did not really think about college in the ninth grade, my grades weren't good in the ninth grade. Now that I am in the 12th grade all I think about is I am going to raise my kid. My kids are going to be learning SAT words before they learn small simple words. They are gonna do elementary school and high school the same way college is done. If they have 45 minutes of a math class they are going to be at home studying and reviewing that math for an hour an ten minutes. Things like that so they are prepared for college and doing good in school becomes natural to them.
